Clearline Capital LLC uses Netlify for website hosting and serverless functions that support the public website and Access process. Clearline Capital LLC uses Google Workspace for domain email. This website uses Google Fonts for font delivery.

When these services operate, they may process technical information necessary to provide, secure, route, transmit, or support the website, email, font delivery, token-validation flows, and Access request process.

Clearline Capital LLC does not currently use analytics tools, advertising pixels, first-party cookies, or automatic AI processing of Access submissions as part of the public Access form workflow.

  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website and Access request process.

Analytical and AI-assisted review

Clearline Capital LLC maintains separate internal business, market-intelligence, and analytical capabilities. The public Access form is not automatically integrated with Clearline Capital LLC's internal agentic platform.

Authorized Clearline Capital LLC personnel may use approved analytical or AI-assisted tools to help organize, summarize, classify, or evaluate submitted information and related communications. Any such use is subject to human review, access controls, applicable provider terms, and Clearline Capital LLC policy. Use of these tools does not create an approval, commitment, compensation right, exclusivity, confidentiality obligation, or obligation for Clearline Capital LLC to respond or proceed.

How Clearline Capital LLC discloses information

Clearline Capital LLC may disclose information only as appropriate for the following purposes:

  • Service providers that technically process, host, transmit, store, secure, route, or support information for Clearline Capital LLC, including website hosting, serverless-function, form-processing, email, font-delivery, security, and related support providers.

Retention

Clearline Capital LLC retains website, Access request, legal acceptance, technical, security, communication, and related business records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including business review, relationship management, security, troubleshooting, compliance, legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, audit, and recordkeeping purposes.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of record, the status of the related opportunity or communication, legal or contractual obligations, system capabilities, security needs, backup practices, and whether a legal hold, investigation, dispute, audit, or legally required preservation obligation applies.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, Clearline Capital LLC may delete, archive, de-identify, or minimize it using commercially reasonable methods appropriate to the record type and system involved. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove residual copies from provider logs, archives, backups, security records, or systems controlled by service providers.
